Don’t Drink … Gamble!
If you like to have a beer every once in a while, keep your cash at home if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Empty your pocketbook, your billfold, and keep all money, charge cards and cheques out of the casino. Pack whatever cash you expect to spend on alcohol, tips and few dollars you intend to lose and keep the remainder behind.
Pessimistic? Not at all. Just realistic. You could experience a profit after a drunken night out with your acquaintances and be blessed sufficiently to hit a 25 minute roll at a smokin craps game. Keep that account because it is as brief as it gets if you continuously consume alcohol and wager. The pair just do not go well together.
Keeping your moola back at the hotel is a tiny bit drastic, but preventative measures for dramatic behavior is required. If you play to profit, then do not consume alcohol and gamble. If you like to blow your money nary a concern, then drink all the free booze you are able to handle, but do not carry charge cards and chequebooks to throw into the mix of going after squanderings after your inebriated brain squanders everything!
Allow me to carry this a single step more. Don’t drink alcohol and then jump on to the internet to play in your preferred internet casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the coziness of my domicile, however since I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards in close proximity, I can’t consume alcohol and gamble.
How come? Although I don’t drink to excess, when I drink, it is absolutely sufficient to befuddle my judgment. I bet, so I don’t drink alcohol when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, don’t gamble when you do. Both create a ferocious, and costly, drink.
